Terms & Conditions
Each Riverside Auction & Sales sale is conducted under the terms announced with that auction. By registering to bid, in person or online, you accept those terms together with the general conditions below.
Bidding
- Lots are sold as is, where is, with no warranties expressed or implied. Inspect during the preview; photographs and descriptions are a guide.
- The auctioneer’s decision on any dispute is final. Buyer’s premium, sales tax, payment and removal terms are stated with each auction.
Payment and pick-up
- Invoices are due on sale day or when the online sale closes. Pick-up times are announced with each auction; packing, shipping and hauling are the buyer’s responsibility.
